After a lot of deliberation, we finally came up with the three sub-categories of the main customer umbrella that we are targeting. That the cost structure had to include refunds was borne out of an interesting insight by one of our interviewees. The canvas almost filled itself once we had some data and many insights to go along with it. We hope you enjoy reading it
